Bayer seeks an Institutional & Specialty Sales Consultant, Cardiology, for the Napa region, with responsibility to drive clinical demand, educate healthcare professionals, and build strategic plans with hospitals and health systems.

The role covers Napa, North Bay, Oakland travel up to 50% and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience, cardiology knowledge, and a valid driver's license; residence in the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of sales experience.
• Deep expertise in cardiovascular/renal therapeutic areas.
• Experience launching new products or indications.
• Excellent facilitation and verbal/written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Drive clinical demand, education and sales to healthcare professionals and health systems.
• Build institutional advocacy to drive formulary/pathway/protocol adoption.
• Develop strategic business plans for identified top Institutions with deep market understanding.
• Demonstrate disease-state expertise and analytical rigor to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders at Institutions and cardiologists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and pull through partnerships.
