The role requires strong customer service, scheduling, insurance verification, and accurate EMR data entry, with travel between practice locations as needed.

If you have a High School Diploma and at least one year of healthcare front desk experience, you will fit well and contribute to our dedicated care team.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of front desk or administrative experience preferred.
• Healthcare/medical office experience preferred.
• Scheduling and registration certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and callers professionally.
• Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Confirm upcoming appointments with patients.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Enter and update patient information in the EMR.
• Register patients with complete documentation.
• Collect copayments and balances.
• Schedule appointments and maintain provider calendars.
• Process referrals in a timely manner.
• Notify staff of patient arrivals and assist with flow.
• Maintain visitor logs and front office documentation.
• Process mail, faxes, and correspondence.
• Maintain medical records per policies.
• Complete checkout activities and schedule follow-ups.
• Travel between practice locations as needed.
