Mass General Brigham Medical Group Western Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking a 40-hour Full-time Clinic/Practice Assistant to support our Cardiology practice onsite in Northampton, MA.

The role provides administrative and clinical support, with shifts Monday through Friday within 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Responsibilities include scheduling, patient check-in/out, answering calls, managing records, billing forms, and acting as a Super User for scheduling, registration and billing systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Administrative Assistant CMAA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine administrative and clerical duties in a clinical office.
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain records.
• Greet patients and assist with check-in/out.
• Answer phones and route routine inquiries.
• Process billing forms and scan documents to the patient record.
• Assist with patient records requests and test results.
• Serve as Super User for scheduling, registration and billing systems.
• Train others in these areas.
• Support complex scheduling tasks as competency grows.
