Job summary
NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Cardiology Application Support Engineer (L2) in Frisco, TX to ensure availability, performance, and reliability of cardiology systems including ECG, EP, Cath Lab, and imaging workflows.
You will work with clinicians, vendors, and IT teams to troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize cardiology applications and interfaces, while ensuring compliance with healthcare interoperability standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in cardiology IT or healthcare applications.
- Experience with CIS, PACS, DICOM, HL7 and healthcare interoperability standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT/Biomedical Engineering or related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2 incidents impacting cardiology applications and workflows.
- Monitor health, performance, and availability of cardiology apps and interfaces.
- Coordinate escalations with clinicians, vendors and IT teams; document enhancements.
- Support end-to-end cardiac workflows (ECG, EP, Cath Lab, imaging) and interoperability.
