Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions seeks a Senior Cardiology & Hemodynamics Applications Support Engineer to oversee maintenance and support across cardiology, hemodynamics, EP, ECG/Holter, and PACS. You will ensure applications stay healthy and available for clinical users.

The role requires deep expertise in cardiology informatics, imaging interoperability, and ITIL/ServiceNow processes, with strong communication across clinical and technical teams in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience supporting Cardiology & Hemodynamics applications.
Experience with PACS, imaging interoperability, and clinical workflows.
Strong knowledge of DICOM and HL7 standards in healthcare IT.
Familiarity with ITIL service management and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Excellent communication with clinical and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Apply incident, problems, and change management across cardiology apps — coordinating with clinical, Cath/EP labs, and vendor teams to resolve issues.
Troubleshoot issues reported by users, identify root cause, and implement fixes within SLAs.
Proactively monitor application health and respond to alerts to prevent disruption.
Coordinate minor upgrades and validate post-upgrade functionality.
Participate in go-live cutovers and downtime procedures with clinical teams.
Join on-call rotation for ongoing support of Cath, EP, and cardiology operations.
Develop runbooks and knowledge-base articles to reduce repeat incidents.
