NTT DATA seeks a seasoned pharmacy systems specialist in Frisco, TX to provide L2/L3 support for pharmacy workflows, interfaces, and automation. You will ensure high availability, manage drug libraries, and coordinate with IT and clinical teams on complex incidents.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of in-depth knowledge of pharmacy operations and clinical pharmacy practices.
- Experience with automated dispensing systems and BCMA.
- Strong understanding of healthcare integrations and HL7 messaging.
- Familiarity with formulary data, drug dictionaries, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for pharmacy systems to ensure high availability.
- Troubleshoot interfaces between Pharmacy, EMR/EHR, and billing systems.
- Manage drug libraries, formulary updates, and clinical content configurations.
- Perform RCA and implement preventive measures for recurring incidents.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and IT teams on escalated issues.
