Job summary

HeartFlow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to act as the face of HeartFlow in a defined geographic region. You will drive adoption of HeartFlow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology, focusing on cardiologists, primary care, and other clinicians while traveling 20–25% from a home office.

Base compensation starts at $125,000 with total target compensation of $200,000 including commission. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate customers, develop business

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years related sales or clinical experience, or 2-year degree with 7+ years related experience.
• Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field preferred.
• Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharma, or hospital settings desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Heartflow’s cCTA/FFRct pathway with key strategic accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ resources to support customers and programs.
• Educate referring physicians and clinical stakeholders on Heartflow value proposition.
• Build relationships with admin, cardiologists, and hospital staff to expand referrals.
• Meet/exceed quota within existing customer locations and drive case growth.
