Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking two Access & Pump Engineering Co-ops for its Cardiology team in Danvers, MA. You will conduct feasibility testing, prototype devices, and contribute to test method development while gaining exposure to medical device development in a regulated environment.

We seek students in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering with CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred) and a willingness to engage in data analysis and rapid fabrication methods. Authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering.
• Experience with CAD; SolidWorks preferred.
• Familiarity with rapid prototype manufacturing.
• Knowledge of statistics and experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility testing and assessments of devices and components.
• Prototype devices via rapid fabrication or assembly of subcomponents.
• Develop and validate test methods and fixtures.
• Analyze data statistically and compare with baselines.
• Support device and kit development across projects.
