Job summary

Syneos Health in Slidell, LA seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to build relationships with physicians, HCPs, and key stakeholders, delivering clinical brand presentations and executing territory plans.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets, leveraging AI-driven insights, and collaborating with brand teams to enhance patient access and outcomes. A BA/BS in Life Sciences and 2+ years pharma sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• Business to business sales experience or internship and/or sales degree or 2+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Ability to identify decision makers and influence prescribing habits.
• Strong communication, analytics and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and interact with top target customers.
• Plan activities for regular territory coverage and action plans.
• Deliver product presentations to physicians and health care professionals.
• Understand health care delivery systems and physician hierarchies within accounts.
• Analyze local market trends to craft a strong product business plan.
• Collaborate with sales, brand teams and support partners for customer experience.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute brand strategy in the assigned geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Leverage AI-driven insights and digital tools to personalize interactions.
• Adapt to AI and automation tools to boost productivity and outcomes.
• Maintain adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
