Job summary

Boston Medical Center is looking for a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Telemetry Department to provide patient-centered care during 32-hour shifts (11p.m.–7a.m.) with rotating weekends. This role emphasizes patient assessment, communication, and care coordination.

The ideal candidate will hold a diploma, ASN, or BSN in Nursing and possess a current RN license in Massachusetts. The compensation ranges from $38.10 to $77.63 per hour, along with various benefits including tuition reimbursement and flexible spending accounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years if not already earned.
• Current RN license in Massachusetts and BLS required.
• Prior acute Med/Surg experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, evaluate, and educate patients.
• Communicate with health-care team members, patients, and families.
• Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient-care activities.
