Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse MNA in the Med/Surg- Cardiac Telemetry department for a 32-hour daytime schedule with every-other-weekend shifts. The RN provides care across all ages, respecting patient rights and hospital values.

The role requires strong assessment, teaching, and care coordination skills, plus proficiency with computers and nursing documentation. MA RN license and BLS are required; BSN preferred with goal to obtain BSN within 4 years.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred).
• Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care addressing the needs of patients across age groups from infant to elderly.
