Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN Supervisor for the WEO Night shift to coordinate and oversee patient care in designated areas. The role includes serving as a clinical resource and stepping in as a staff nurse when needed.

The position requires an accredited nursing degree with RN licensure in the state of practice and 2–3 years of patient care experience; supervisory or management experience is strongly preferred and CRRN certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas.
• Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed.
• Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager.
