Mercy is seeking an RN Supervisor for the WEO Nights shift to help plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate operations and patient care in designated areas. You will serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients and may function as a staff nurse when needed, taking on managerial duties as delegated.

The role requires an accredited nursing program graduate with an active RN license in the state. BSN is preferred; supervisory experience and CRRN certification are advantageous, and

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Two to three years of patient-care experience.
• BSN preferred; supervisory/management experience preferred; CRRN preferred; rehab experience encouraged.

Mansioni

• Assists in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed.
• Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager.
