Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN Supervisor for the Cardiac ICU. This full-time day position supports operations, patient care, and serves as a clinical resource in a high‑acuity unit.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and evaluating care, acting as a staff nurse when required, and stepping into managerial duties as delegated by a manager. Requires RN licensure, BLS, and nursing program graduation.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as staff nurse in the department as needed and assume delegated managerial duties.
