Mercy is seeking an RN Supervisor for the Cardiac ICU in Illinois. This full-time, day-shift role involves planning, coordinating, and evaluating patient care while serving as a clinical resource for staff and patients.

The incumbent may perform staff nurse duties and will assume managerial responsibilities as delegated. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, active RN license in the state (or compact), BLS, and 2 years of patient care experience.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• BLS certification or completed within 30 days of hire.
• 2 years' experience in patient care required.
• Supervisor experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

• Assists in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas.
• Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed.
• Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager.
