Mercy in Missouri is seeking an RN Supervisor for the Cardiac ICU to oversee patient care and operations on day shift. This role requires clinical leadership, planning, coordination, and evaluation of designated areas, with responsibilities including acting as a resource for staff and patients and stepping in as staff nurse when needed.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license for the state, BLS certification, and at least two years of patient care

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• BLS certification or able to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 2 years' patient care experience.
• Supervisor experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as staff nurse in the department as needed and assumes manager duties as delegated.
• Uphold Mercy Service Standards and mission alignment.
