Job summary

Mercy Health in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer Registered to perform diagnostic, non-invasive and invasive cardiac exams using ultrasound equipment, including TTE, TEE, and stress testing. The role requires an associate degree in cardiovascular technology or related field. BLS and RDCS or RCS credentials are required.

The ideal candidate has experience with EPIC EHR and PACS and will work in the Cath Lab - Jewish department, contributing to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in cardiovascular technology or related field (preferred).
• Credentialed in echocardiography: RDCS or RCS; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic echocardiography examinations using ultrasound equipment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in non-invasive and invasive cardiac exams.
• Prepare and monitor patients before and during procedures.
• Utilize EMR to review patient information and document findings.
• On-call hours required.
