Job summary

Qualifications

• Education requirement: HS diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in card operations or fraud management is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily card processing, settlement, and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
• Manage new card issuing processes and interface with third‑party processors and networks.
• Detect and mitigate fraud and ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor industry trends and maintain liaison with reward providers and processing partners.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the card services team; set performance goals and conduct reviews.
