IBC Bank seeks a Card Services Specialist I to manage daily operations for the credit card program, including inventory management, vendor coordination, and cost-center allocations.

You balance card stock, handle card requests, process payments, and provide branch support for Instant Issue printers while maintaining accurate reports and adhering to card issuance guidelines. This role requires strong attention to detail and collaboration with branch staff and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years previous work experience in customer service, administrative support or other office/clerical field.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily operations for Instant Issue and Merchant programs and credit card portfolios.
• Maintain printer balance reports and branch support for balancing inquiries.
• Process card requests for all markets; maintenance, reactivation, increases/decreases, reloads, transfers and reordering.
