Job summary

Addition Financial Credit Union is seeking a Payments - Card Operations Processor I to support daily debit and credit card operations in a back-office role. The incumbent will ensure timely processing, accurate reporting, and maintenance of card account information.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in card services or banking operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage recurring workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete daily debit and credit card operational reports to identify actions and ensure tasks are completed within timeframes.
• Process routine card maintenance requests, including status updates, travel notices, and account adjustments.
• Handle special account situations in accordance with internal procedures.
• Verify daily cash balances across the ATM fleet and document the report.
