INTRUST Bank is seeking a Card Operations Specialist to contact customers in person and by phone to resolve inquiries. The role involves complex problem-solving, independent decision-making, and promoting teamwork to support the bank and communities.

Responsibilities include investigating card fraud, monitoring reports, analyzing activity, and ensuring timely dispute resolution while maintaining confidentiality and upholding the bank's character qualities.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Typing and keyboard skills required.
• Ability to work shifts, days, nights, weekends.
• Technical skills with the ability to multi-task between computer screens, systems, and phones.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and document card fraud cases.
• Monitor and work assigned reports with a risk-focused mindset and mitigate potential losses.
• Analyze card activity, data, and trends to take appropriate actions and make recommendations.
• Exercise sound judgement when reviewing reports and decisions impacting customer accounts and bank liability.
• Remain versed in VISA and card network chargeback regulations, including representments and responses.
• Document and track dispute cases to ensure timely actions and customer follow-up.
• Provide customer service support to banking center personnel, customers, and the customer solution center.
• Replace lost/stolen or fraudulent cards and create/print new debit cards on demand.
