Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day tasks of the card service area ensuring department goals are met.
• Provide operational support for processing Credit/Debit products and services.
• Maintain all records related to the Bank’s Credit/Debit card programs electronically.
• Collaborate to mitigate fraud risks and monitor card blocks as needed.
• Assist with vendor relationships and updates to card processing programs.
• Investigate unauthorized transactions and process chargebacks as required.
• Respond to alerts and provide required reporting to compliance.
