Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is hiring a full-time Teller in Sevierville. You will greet members, process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, and maintain an accurate cash drawer while upholding regulatory requirements. You’ll also assist members with accounts and online/mobile banking.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and service-industry experience preferred.
• Greet and assist members with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations relevant to teller duties.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome members in a professional manner and provide prompt, accurate teller service.
• Process all teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, within policy.
• Maintain cash drawer with accuracy and minimal discrepancies.
• Assist with opening/closing sub-accounts and processing stop payments as needed.
• Educate members on products and services and assist with online banking and mobile apps.
