Responsibilities

• Serve as ambassador of Horizon Federal Credit Union brand and uphold mission and values.
• Ensure compliance with banking laws and FFIEC security mandates.
• Manage department objectives, goals, and strategies aligned with the strategic plan.
• Coach and develop staff to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee card program operations and drive profitability and member engagement.
• Lead alternative delivery channels (ATM, digital banking, EFT, bill pay).
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and services for members.
