Job summary

Evolve Bank is seeking an Acquiring Reconciliation Analyst to ensure accurate reconciliation of card-network settlements, fees and chargebacks. The role collaborates with Risk and Underwriting to prevent leakage related to fraud and disputes.

The position emphasizes detailed data work, exception management, and process improvements, with a background in TSYS systems and merchant monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field is ideal, but not required.
• Experience with TSYS processor systems and related files (CBOS, parsing residual files).
• Familiarity with merchant monitoring tools like Legit Script and G2.
• Knowledge of card network rules and e-commerce/retail payment processing.
• General knowledge of BSA/AML as it relates to acquiring activities.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile card network reports, bank activity, and ISO/merchant details including fees and interchange.
• Manage exceptions by identifying root causes and maintaining audit trails.
• Monitor daily and monthly reserve bank activity and compare to processor reporting.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and diagnose recurring errors.
• Support ISO operations with funding, reporting, and dispute obligations.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and controls.
