Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze and reconcile credit card transactions on a daily basis.
• Review and analyze bank charges on a monthly basis, resolving any issues.
• Assist with research, coordination, analysis, and evaluation of simple to complex projects.
• Work with merchant services to obtain merchant numbers for Patient Service Centers.
• Analyze company bank account reconciliations to identify any issues.
• Initiate ACH’s and wires for the Treasury Department in banking system.
• Complete various account reconciliations on a monthly basis.
• Assist in Corporate Card monthly analysis.
• Assist with various Treasury projects as needed.
