Job summary

Binance is seeking a Reconciliation and Billing Analyst to ensure accuracy across card scheme invoicing, processor and vendor billing, and mandate management. You will reconcile commissions, interchanges, and settlements, while monitoring trends and preparing variance reports.

The role requires 1–3 years in payments finance with strong Excel and analytic skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in issuing/processing operations, payments finance.
• Experience with scheme billing or settlement reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of MasterCard, Visa, and American Express schemes.
• Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, lookups, large datasets.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills including transaction routing and data mismatches.

Responsibilities

• Scheme Billing Reconciliation across issuing accounts; validate fees and events.
• Vendors Billing Reconciliation for processors and vendors; detect pricing errors.
• Manage mandates and enrollments; track renewals and auto-billing opt-outs.
• Reconcile Commission, Interchange; audit fees and resolve underpayments with partners.
• Maintain rolling billing forecasts; flag anomalies and report to management.
• Prepare monthly variance reports; develop Excel/BI dashboards for controls.
