Job summary

Academy Bank is seeking a Dispute Resolution Specialist I to process EFT investigation claims in a fast-paced environment and to serve as the primary contact for card-related inquiries. In this role you will assist clients via chat or telephone, research disputes, evaluate activity, and perform chargeback actions in accordance with network, regulatory, and bank policies.

• Must be dependable, organized, and comfortable with strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal and external clients via chat or telephone on card products and ATM activity.
• Perform all aspects of EFT Investigations including researching disputes and ensuring accurate information, evaluating activity and claims, as well as performing resolution actions taken by the bank such as processing required chargebacks within applicable network, regulatory and company policies.
• Protect all client and bank information confidentially and follow all company policies.
• Complete monthly training in a timely manner to ensure knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Other specified duties as assigned.
