Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; three years in collections, process management, or financial services operations.
• Experience supporting litigation processes and/or serving as a witness with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including persuasive presentation skills.
• Proven time management and ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain objectivity in high‑stakes settings.
• Flexibility to adjust work hours for business needs and disruptions.
• Strong public speaking skills and confidence in formal hearings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize materials required for litigation appearances and testimony
• Partner with business stakeholders and internal/external legal teams to define responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables
• Represent Chase in remote and in-person litigation proceedings, delivering clear, concise, and accurate testimony
• Apply technical and functional knowledge to make independent decisions and recommendations with minimal oversight
• Escalate case issues, risks, and blockers to management and legal partners in a timely manner
• Follow the department’s risk and control expectations, including documentation and adherence to procedures
• Identify and escalated system or process issues and improvement opportunities
• Serve as a subject matter resource on applicable Chase procedures and processes used to support testimony
• Coordinate personal travel for in-person appearances and comply with travel and expense policies
• Maintain professionalism and composure while working in high-pressure environments
