Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring Team Leaders to help run busy car wash locations nationwide. As a Team Leader you will deliver friendly service, open and close the facility, and enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.

You will prep cars, guide them onto the tunnel, assist with routine maintenance, and help maintain the site. We offer growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a pathway to management in one of the fastest-growing industries.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screening and background check required.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they pass through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape upkeep and pressure washing.
