Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in car wash or customer-focused retail.
• Must be 18+ years of age; valid driver’s license preferred.
• Must pass background check per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate frontline team during shifts.
• Model service behaviors and brand standards.
• Provide coaching and real-time feedback to staff.
