Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline team and support Site Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee customer service, wash quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage opening/closing duties, logs, and shift checklists.
• Assist in inventory, staffing, and training as needed.
• Act as manager in Site Manager's absence when designated.
