Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure an exceptional car wash experience. The role emphasizes staff development, adherence to SOPs, and safety.

You will manage scheduling, payroll, and reporting while maintaining a high standard of customer service on site. This position reports to the District Manager and may require depending on state rules to classify exempt or non-exempt status.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's in business/management preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of progressive leadership experience in a customer-focused retail/service environment.
• Experience leading teams, staffing schedules, and daily operational workflows.
• Must be able to pass background checks and comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure safe, efficient car wash and exceptional customer experience.
• Lead and develop staff, manage payroll/timekeeping and scheduling.
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with facilities and support teams.
• Drive site profitability and achieve revenue goals.
