Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations and drive site profitability at a car wash location. The role emphasizes leadership of frontline teams, adherence to SOPs and safety standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a clean, compliant site.

The position may be exempt or non-exempt depending on state wage laws, with reporting to the District Manager and collaboration with HR, Loss Prevention, and facilities teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of progressive leadership experience in a customer-focused retail, service, or automotive environment is strongly preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must be 18+ due to equipment and/or fuel handling responsibilities, where applicable
• Demonstrated experience managing teams, staffing schedules, and daily operational workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality car wash experience
• Ensure SOPs, safety protocols, operational audits, and service standards are followed
• Maintain a professional, clean, customer-ready site at all times
• Collaborate with facilities and corporate support to report and resolve equipment issues; perform basic troubleshooting
• Monitor equipment performance and escalate significant concerns to support partners
• Drive site revenue, profit, and customer retention goals
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll data, and timekeeping per policy
• Maintain accurate financial records including labor scheduling, daily reconciliation, and deposits
