Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC in Philadelphia is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily car wash operations under the Site Manager. This role is non-managerial and focuses on executing procedures, guiding team members on shifts, and promoting customer service and safety.

As a key holder, you may assist with opening and closing under supervision; candidates should have basic leadership experience, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations).
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities).
• Must meet all required certification and regulatory compliance standards applicable to the role as defined by federal, state, and local laws.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned operational tasks and support site leadership.
• Provide direction to team members during shifts as delegated by site management.
• Escalate staffing, customer service, or operational issues to the Site Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Greet and engage customers, promoting membership programs and promotions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of car wash packages, pricing, promotions, and processes.
• Safely operate and train others on car wash equipment and chemicals.
• Monitor vehicle entry/exit for safe, damage-free experiences.
• Delegate tasks and monitor for efficiency and quality output.
