Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily operations and assist the Site Manager in ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused service on assigned shifts.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and able to stand for long periods, learn car wash packages, and help with opening/closing procedures under site leadership. A high school diploma is preferred and applicants should be 16+ years old.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
• Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment preferred
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)
• Must meet all required certification and regulatory compliance standards applicable to the role as defined by federal, state, and local laws
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws

Responsibilities

• Executes assigned operational tasks without managerial duties
• Directs team during shifts as delegated by site management
• Greet customers and promote memberships and promotions
• Train others on car wash equipment and chemicals
• Ensure safe entry/exit procedures and customer safety
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Open/close procedures under company protocols
• Address customer issues or elevate concerns to management as needed
• Model and enforce adherence to company policies, safety procedures and operating standards
• Perform other duties as assigned to support site operations
