Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities).
• Must successfully pass a background check per policies and laws.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned operational tasks and support site leadership.
• Provide direction to team members during shifts as delegated by management.
• Greet customers and promote membership programs and promotions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of car wash packages, pricing, and promotions.
• Safely operate and train others on car wash equipment and chemicals.
• Inspect quality of interior and exterior cleaning and processes.
• Open/close procedures per company protocols; security under management.
• Model adherence to policies, safety procedures, and operating standards.
• Assist with miscellaneous duties that support site operations.
