Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Must successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned operational tasks during shifts without managerial duties.
• Direct team during shifts per established procedures and standards.
• Escalate staffing, customer service, or operational issues to Site Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Greet customers professionally and promote membership programs and promotions.
• Safely operate and train others on car wash equipment and chemicals.
• Open/close procedures per company protocols; site security under management direction.
