Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 and over where required by law.
• Prior leadership in a customer-facing or operational environment preferred.
• Background check and regulatory compliance as defined by policy.

Responsibilities

• Support site leadership by executing assigned tasks and avoid managerial duties.
• Direct team members on shifts and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Escalate staffing or service issues to Site Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Greet customers professionally and promote memberships and promotions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of car wash packages, pricing, and processes.
• Safely operate and train others on car wash equipment and chemicals.
• Monitor vehicle entry/exit for safe customer experience.
• Delegate tasks and monitor efficiency and quality output.
• Maintain facility cleanliness including vacuums, restrooms, and outdoor areas.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Support opening/closing procedures per protocol; assist with security under supervision.
• Serve as a keyholder and assist in site security tasks.
• Address customer issues with management when needed.
• Model adherence to company policies and safety standards.
