Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a Sales Advisor Lead in Round Rock, TX. You will step into a leadership role, acting as the manager on duty when senior leaders aren’t present. You will oversee daily operations, drive memberships sales, and ensure adherence to GO Car Wash policies. This role is designed to develop you toward a Team Leader position.

You’ll open/close the site, greet customers, educate them on the wash process, and coach teammates while maintaining safety and high service standards.

• Proven ability to lead sales efforts and drive results.
• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on memberships.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the car wash per standard procedures.
• Lead by example; greet customers and use scripts to sell memberships.
• Guide vehicles safely into the wash and explain the process to customers.
• Keep the site clean and functional to ensure a great customer experience.
• Address customer issues and escalate when needed to protect satisfaction.
• Assist with coaching teammates and uphold safety and sales scripts.
