Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a Sales Advisor Lead in Austin, TX to serve as the on-site leader when senior managers are unavailable. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership sales, and ensure adherence to GO Car Wash policies. This role is designed to develop into a Team Leader position.

You’ll open/close the site, greet customers, coach teammates, and promote a superior customer experience while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

• A positive, outgoing attitude and a passion for sales and leadership.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to connect with customers and promote our membership packages.
• Ability to handle day-to-day site operations and resolve customer issues independently.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role by working closely with site managers.
• Energy and stamina to stand, move, and engage with customers and teammates for extended periods.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in outdoor conditions for long periods.

About the Role:

As a Sales Advisor Leadat GO Car Wash, you’ll be stepping into a leadership role, serving as the manager on duty when our Team Leaders, AGMs, or GMs are not present. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales, and ensuring all GO Car Wash policies and procedures are followed. This is a developmental role designed to prepare you for a Team Leader position.

Compensation:

Our Sales AdvisorLeads generally earn $18.50 per hour, which includes base pay of $12.50/hour with an average of $2.00/hour in commission for membership sales and $4 on Tips. Commissions are uncapped, and top performers often earn more!
