Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a Customer Service Lead to act as the on-site leader when higher-level managers aren’t present, overseeing day-to-day operations and driving membership sales. You’ll model excellent customer service, coach teammates, and ensure safety and brand standards across the site.

You will help greet customers, protect a clean, safe environment, and work with the team to hit sales targets while building leadership capabilities for future Team Leader roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work outdoors for long periods.
• Strong communication and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the car wash according to GO’s SOPs.
• Greet customers warmly and use sales scripts to drive memberships.
• Guide vehicles into the car wash and explain our wash process.
