GO Car Wash is seeking a Sales Advisor Lead to serve as the manager on duty when Team Leaders, AGMs, or GMs are not present, overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring adherence to GO Car Wash policies. This developmental role prepares you for a Team Leader position and involves guiding customers through the wash process and coaching teammates for success.

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
Ability to lift 25 lbs and work outdoors for long periods.

Responsibilities

Opening and closing the car wash according to SOPs.
Leading by example by greeting customers warmly and using sales scripts to drive membership sales.
Guiding vehicles into the car wash and educating customers on the wash process.
Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the site to deliver a superior customer experience.
Addressing customer issues, escalating to leadership if needed, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assisting with team coaching, ensuring all teammates adhere to safety standards and sales scripts.
