Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a Customer Service Lead to act as the on-duty manager when Team Leaders, AGMs, or GMs are not present. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure adherence to GO Car Wash policies. This developmental role leads toward a Team Leader position.

You’ll open/close the site, coach teammates, and ensure customer satisfaction with sales scripts and friendly service. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the car wash according to SOPs.
• Lead by example and greet customers warmly while promoting memberships.
• Guide vehicles safely through the wash and explain the process to customers.
• Maintain site cleanliness and functionality for a superior customer experience.
• Address customer issues and escalate to leadership when needed.
