Job summary

GO Car Wash in Texas is seeking a Sales Advisor Lead to supervise day-to-day operations, drive membership sales, and serve as the on-duty leader when senior managers are not present.

You will greet customers, use sales scripts to promote memberships, and coach teammates while ensuring safety and a clean, high-performing site. This role offers growth toward Team Leader and competitive compensation with commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leadership roles preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach teammates and follow sales scripts.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the car wash following SOPs.
• Lead by example to greet customers and drive membership sales.
• Guide vehicles into the wash and explain the process to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the site for a top customer experience.
• Address customer issues and escalate when needed to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with coaching the team and enforcing safety standards.
