Job summary

GO Car Wash is a rapidly growing U.S. car wash operator with a commitment to a creating a supportive, winning work experience.

As a Sales Advisor Lead, you’ll serve as the manager on duty when senior leaders aren’t present, overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales, and ensuring policies are followed. You’ll guide customers, educate them about our wash process, and coach teammates to uphold safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in outdoor conditions for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the car wash according to SOPs.
• Lead by example to greet customers and drive membership sales.
• Guide vehicles into the wash and explain our process to customers.
• Maintain site cleanliness and functionality to ensure great customer experience.
• Address customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist with coaching the team and enforcing safety and sales scripts.
