Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee and grow sales within the auto dealer network in the New York area. You will independently develop and maintain dealer relationships, tailoring programs to dealer needs and driving revenue.

The role includes creating a quarterly Business Development Plan, participating in industry events, and coordinating with a regional service center to ensure high-quality dealer support and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, preferably in the auto finance or insurance industry.
• Previous documented high achievement in financial sales is preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational, verbal, written, and phone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop sales to drive company revenue.
• Develop and maintain relationships with auto dealers.
• Customize programs for the auto dealer’s specific needs.
• Develop a quarterly Business Development Plan to market and manage the Territory.
