Job summary

United Auto Credit Corporation seeks an Internal Area Sales Manager to expand dealer relationships across multiple states. You will drive growth by signing new dealers, retaining current partners, and guiding them through funding and portal usage to close more deals.

In this role, you will leverage the Fast Lane portal, collaborate with credit and titles teams, and maintain top-tier dealer service with proactive problem solving and 24/7 availability when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to sign and retain dealer partnerships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound calling.
• Ability to train dealers to use the portal and adapt to processes.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 70+ outbound calls daily to dealers in the territory.
• Sign 3–5 new dealerships monthly and grow existing contracts.
• Train dealers to use The Fast Lane portal for applications and deals.
• Be a subject matter expert on all UACC programs and policies.
• Coordinate with credit, funding, titles and compliance teams to resolve issues.
