Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for Liso-cel CAR-T manufacturing in Summit West, NJ. The role supports cell culture, cryopreservation, and aseptic processing on a fixed night shift schedule.

Responsibilities include deviations investigation support, CAPA closures, and data documentation. Training and cross-functional teamwork are key to success in this role at BMS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; degree preferred.
• 0-1 years of cGMP cell therapy manufacturing, bioprocessing manufacturing, or relevant experience.
• Able to lift 25 pounds and work in cleanroom environments.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operation of equipment to produce blood component lots through cell culture, harvest, and cryopreservation.
• Support deviation investigations and timely CAPA closures within the shift.
• Aseptic technique required for operations; aseptic qualification is needed.
• Weigh and measure in-process materials to ensure proper quantities.
• Record production data in GDP-compliant formats.
• Follow site safety, quality systems, and GMP requirements.
