Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Specialist, CAR‑T Lifecycle Management in Summit, NJ. The role supports production of personalized cell therapy products for clinical trials and commercial supply, collaborating across Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality to drive manufacturing strategy.

The position emphasizes cross-functional project work, process automation inputs, and technical documentation updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required (science or engineering preferred).
• 5+ years of cGMP experience in cell therapy or biopharmaceuticals.
• 2+ years with Process Engineering activities.
• 2+ years with direct project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-floor process support for ongoing manufacturing activities.
• Develop inputs into process automation and batch records.
• Lead project teams to prepare schedules, execute technical projects and present results.
• Support change initiatives and process-improvement efforts.
• Train and mentor junior associates to build expertise.
• Interface with Validation, Development, Operations, QA and Regulatory.
